Contributions to Connie Chan for Supervisor 2024 are not tax deductible. We may accept contributions of up to $500 from individuals, PACs and non-incorporated business entities. Contributions by corporations, LLCs, foreign nationals (non-green card holders), city contractors and minors under the age of 18 are prohibited. A business and its owner, partnerships with the same general partner, and other affiliated entities are subject to a single, combined limit of $5000. Election law requires us to obtain and report the name, mailing address (No PO Box), occupation and name of employer for each individual whole contribution aggregate in excess of $99 per election. We may not accept cash, cashier’s checks or money orders in excess of $99. We also may not accept contributions from any entity or their controlling principals who commenced negotiations or who have received contracts subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors within the last six months.
